Online Purchases
All online purchases from Tammy’s Jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a piece before ordering, we’re always happy to help!

In-Store Purchases
Returns on in-store purchases are not typically permitted. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and return requests may be reviewed on an individual basis. Any approved return must meet our requirements and will be subject to inspection.

Items that have been worn, altered, engraved, resized, damaged, customized, or specially ordered may not be eligible for return.

Custom, Special-Order & Personalized Jewelry
Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
